It is a first person action puzzle singleplayer game. 15% Exploration, 60% puzzling, and 25% action and fighting.
Teotl Studios, an indie developer from Sweden, and formerly known as Toltec Studios. We are a small company. We are three full-time developers, who are helped out by a small dozen part-time freelance artists and programmers. The game is published by Tripwire Interactive.
The Ball started out as a mod for Unreal Tournament 3 yes, but we have since moved on. The Ball is a stand-alone game, many times better than the mod!
Lots of reasons. We are putting in lots of effort in making the full game be a really big step up from the mod version. We are not just packaging the mod and selling it! We are spending day and night on making it an even better experience than it already was.
These are the estimated system requirements. They are not set in stone yet, but will give you an idea what to expect.

We are aiming for a release in early fall 2010. The game will cost around 20 USD. The final price and release date will be announced later.
The story mode will take about six to seven hours to complete.
The Ball is singleplayer only.
We are not planning to support Mac and Linux at this point, but never say never.
For the time being the game is for PC only, but we would love to do a XBLA and/or PSN version at some point in the future.

There will probably be a demo at some point but we have not yet decided when that will be. There is a demo floating around on the internet that we made for Epic Games’ UDK launch last year, but it is outdated and does not represent the quality of the final game will be like.
There will be a boxed version. The game will be available via both retail and digitial distribution.
The game will be localized in English, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Danish, and Swedish.
