    monsters with a large physics driven ball, manipulated by the pushing and pulling forces of an ancient device.

  • The Ball

  • Mystery – The Ball is your only companion in this dark and dangerous place. It is a spherical contraption made of lead and gold. Why is it here? What is its purpose?
  • Obstacles – Push the Ball into areas you cannot enter and use it to help you survive the many traps and hazards.
  • Grappler – Use the ancient weapon to attract the Ball towards you, or use it to hammer the Ball toward objects and enemies.


  • The World

  • Pehua – After stumbling through the Earth, you discover the remnants of hidden civilization lying just beneath the surface.
  • Oztoc – Progressing deeper into the ruined kingdom, you come upon a great ziggurat. It is here that you begin to understand the danger that lurks inside this ancient tomb.
  • Teotl – Inside the lush, underground garden lie the twin cities of gold. But beware, for the beauty of this place hides horrific perils. The Ball will guide you along the underground river.
  • Hueca – In an arid desert beneath the Earth stand three ziggurats. This is the realm of the great worms. Tread carefully and keep the Ball close, for the cavern of the sun is no man’s land.
  • Cahua – The secrets of the Ball are buried at the heart of the volcano, sealed inside the metal halls of the derelict fortress. All answers will be revealed here, where the Earth burns.


  • The Enemies

  • Mummies – The original inhabitants of the golden cities, doomed forever to walk the desolate halls of their forgotten kingdom as ghouls.
  • The Lamenting Beasts – Once harmless animals, these creatures have been horribly corrupted by dark power. They are cursed to roam the dead kingdom along with their masters.
  • “Them” – They are mysterious beings that observe you on your quest. Seemingly harmless, they do not pose any immediate threat. Who or what are they?
  • Sand Worms – The Guardians of the three ziggurats of Hueca, these monstrous creatures roam the nether world.
  • The Gorilla – The cavern of the sun is guarded by this cursed primate.
  • Tlaloc – The Guardians of Cahua. To solve the riddle of the Ball you must defeat these vicious overlords.
